Click here to view all our Services and Benefits PROFESSIONAL STAFF The staff consists of a variety of highly qualified and committed educators, including credentialed teachers, a licensed psychologist, and specialists in many areas. Jim Dorman, Director + Elite Tutor Mr. Dorman coordinates the operations of the center. He has over 30 years of experience in the teaching and tutoring sector, and has tutored hundreds of students in various subjects, including the SAT. He has also worked extensively with the learning disabled.   Victoria Hibbs, Elite Tutor Ms. Hibbs has been an educator for over 30 years. She has taught on both the high school and college level, and has also operated her own tutoring center. She specializes in math and science. Gary Pizzitola, Ph.D., Psychologist Dr. Pizzitola handles all the psycho-diagnostic evaluations for Educational Resources. He has been a child and family therapist for more than 30 years.
